We have the largest thermoforming furnace in the country, with a unique size that allows us to produce everything from small parts to complete installations, from thermoformed parts with a 3000x2000x2000 mm enclosure size to complete installations. 

Planning

All our work is accompanied by a design and technical documentation. Whether it is a metal structure for illuminated plexiglass billboards, an aluminium-plex combination frame structure or a complete advertising installation.

The tool on which the moulding is made is essential for the part to be produced. Taking into account the intended use of the product to be manufactured, the tool is usually metal, wood or composite material. Since the mould itself gives the shape to our product, we pay great attention to the correct manufacturing technology and precision, as the quality of our product depends on it.

We use 3D scanning, laser scanning for the production of unique samples, for small series production and for products that are already finished and need to be reproduced.

3D graphic design

• At our company, the first steps of the design process can start from a photograph, a sketch, a dreamed-up shape, an image or a half-finished visual design.  
• 3D design is created using specialised, bespoke software, from the finest movements to the final product

The auxiliary elements and shapes used in the development process greatly aid visual design. Our unique methods and way of thinking also bring spectacular solutions at this stage of the workflow, giving the opportunity for exciting, progressive ideas and concepts
